What You Can Return

Eligible for return:

  • Unopened, unused e-liquids
  • Sealed shortfills
  • Unused devices, coils, pods, or kits when in original packaging and with serial details intact

Not eligible (for hygiene and safety):

  • E-liquids, tanks, coils, and pods that are opened, used, or have broken seals
  • Kits that have been filled or used

Steps to Return

  1. Contact us by email or live chat within 30 days. Share your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send instructions on how to send things back.
  3. Pack carefully so items are safe in transit; newspaper is fine.
  4. Send back at your cost unless the item is faulty or wrongly delivered (see below).
  5. Once we receive and check it, we’ll process your refund, usually within a few working days.

Faulty or Damaged on Arrival?

If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t work as it should:

  • Please contact us immediately, within a few days of delivery.
  • Keep the original packaging with batch info or labels.
  • We’ll assess and offer a replacement or refund post-inspection.

Exchange Made Easy

The quickest way to swap for a different item:

  2. Return the unwanted item under this policy.
  3. We'll issue your refund once we get the return.

Refund Details

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • We refund only the product's cost, not initial shipping (unless it’s faulty or a shipping error).
  • Once processed, please allow a few days for your bank to reflect it.

If you don’t see your refund within seven working days after shipping your return, drop us a note, and we’ll check with the bank.
